By accessing or using the services provided by Defined Music Teacher ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide online coaching services for music teachers, including video sessions, action plans, and access to online resources.

You may cancel individual sessions by notifying us on TutorBird at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours days notice will incur a $45 cancellation fee, which must be paid before coaching can continue.

Your coaching sessions start at the agreed upon start time, and no extra time will be given if you are late. It is your responsibility to be on time and prepared for each coaching session. 

We make no guarantee about a specific day or time being available. No refund will be offered if you have difficulty scheduling your coaching sessions.

Payment is required to access our services. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

All content provided by us, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and logos, is our property and is protected by copyright laws.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our services for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided if we terminate your account.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
